ShonenX Collectibles specializes in the sale of anime collectible statues (resin figures). All items sold are ready-stock products unless otherwise stated.

2. Product Condition & Nature

All products sold are collectible resin statues, which are fragile in nature and may include minor imperfections due to manufacturing and shipping processes. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

We strongly recommend customers handle and display all items with care.

3. Pricing & Shipping Fees

Product prices do not include shipping fees.
Shipping costs will be calculated and charged separately after purchase.
Customers are responsible for all shipping-related payments before dispatch.

4. Shipping

All orders are shipped from our China warehouse to worldwide destinations.
Delivery time may vary depending on destination and shipping method.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payment

We currently accept credit card payments only. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

6. No Refunds & No Returns

All sales are final.

7. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations may be accepted before shipment. However, any approved cancellation may be subject to processing fees or deductions as determined by ShonenX Collectibles.

Resin statues are fragile and may be damaged during transit.
Shipping is handled by third-party couriers.
ShonenX Collectibles is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays once the parcel has been shipped.

All purchases are made at your own risk.
