Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for ready-stock items.
As many products may have been released some time ago, after-sales support, replacement parts, or warranty services from the original studio/manufacturer may no longer be available. Please purchase at your own discretion.
Product Condition
Minor imperfections such as slight paint flaws, box wear, packaging dents, or manufacturing defects may occur during production or shipping. These are considered normal and will not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
Cancellation Policy
Any order cancellation request will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee based on the total order amount.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are strictly not allowed.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
We are not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged during transit once the shipment has been handed over to the courier service. However, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the shipping provider if needed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Any additional shipping fees, return charges, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information will be borne by the customer.
