Shipping Policy

Important Notice

Shipping fees are not included in the product price. A separate shipping invoice will be issued within 3–7 working days after your purchase is completed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Air Shipment: Approximately 15 working days
Sea Shipment: Approximately 30–45 working days

Please note that shipping timelines may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Taxes & Duties

Air shipments via carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. are not tax included. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Sea shipments are tax included unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided within 3–7 working days after the shipping invoice has been fully paid.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before making payment for the shipping invoice. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Any additional costs incurred due to an incorrect address will be charged to the customer.
